天疱瘡重症度スコア(PDAI) app for iPhone and iPad

・概要
本アプリケーションは、天疱瘡重症度評価法のPDAI(pemphigus disease area index)*1が臨床の場で活用されることを目的に、患者さん毎のスコア管理やグラフ表示ができるよう広くプログラムしたものです。また抗Dsg1抗体・抗Dsg3抗体ELISA index値についても同時に管理することが可能です。

・特徴
※各部位毎の、びらん、水疱、新しい紅斑の個数と大きさなどの判定基準ガイドが表示されるので、患者さんを診察しながらその場で入力することができます。
※簡単な操作で患者さん毎のスコア図表(表とグラフ)が画面表示できるので、患者さんへの病状の説明に活用が可能です。
※入力したスコアや患者さん毎のスコア図表を、PDFファイル付きメール送信やプリント印刷(AirPrint機能があるプリンタ)する機能があり、カルテに貼付するなどの活用が可能です。
※管理データの外部利用として、添付ファイル(CSV形式*2)付きメールとして、Excelなどで再利用することができます。
※画面上で操作説明(ヘルプ)を参照できます(設定言語は日本語のみ)。

*2 CSVファイルの文字コードは、設定の言語が、日本語は「S-JIS」、英語は「UTF-8」となります。


>Outline
This application has been extensively programmed for the purpose that the method for assessing the severity of pemphigus, the PDAI (Pemphigus Disease Area Index)*1 is utilized in the clinical setting in order to manage the scores of each patient and display them in graphs. In addition, this application can simultaneously manage anti-desmoglein (anti-Dsg) 1 and 3 antibodies enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) index values.

*1: This is proposed by the International Pemphigus Committee.


>Features
* The guide for the assessment criteria, such as the number and size of erosions, blisters, and new erythema in each area, is displayed, and therefore medical staff can enter data on the spot while examining patients.
* The score chart (with tables and graphs) for each patient is displayed on the screen by an easy operation, which can be utilized to explain the condition of the disease to a patient.
* This application has a function to send the scores entered and the score chart for each patient in PDF format via e-mail or to print them by the printer (that supports AirPrint), which can be utilized as an attachment to medical records, or the like.
* If management data is used externally, it can be sent as an attached file (in the CSV format*2) via e-mail to be reused in Excel, etc.
* Operating instructions (Help) can be displayed on the screen. (The language can only be set in Japanese.)

*2: The character code of the CSV file is as follows: "S-JIS" is used for Japanese and "UTF-8" for English.
